This Agreement governs Your use of: (i) the Snap Camera software and any other software and tools marked in an accompanying file as being subject to this Agreement (collectively, the “ Snap Camera Software”) and (ii) certain documentation relating to the Snap Camera Software, including video tutorials and other information made available to users on the Snap website, apps, or by any other means (collectively, the “ Documentation”), for the Term of this Agreement as set out in Section 11 below or as otherwise specified by Snap in writing. EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES MENTIONED IN THE ARBITRATION PROVISION, YOU AND SNAP AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN US WILL BE RESOLVED BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION, AND YOU AND SNAP WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.Ī.
